Consultation Booking
NuraMed allows patients to submit consultation requests for mental health and therapy services. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee appointment availability. Our team may contact you to confirm details, availability, and next steps before a consultation is finalized.
Therapist Assignment
Therapist assignment is based on availability, clinical suitability, patient preferences, language needs, and other relevant factors. NuraMed will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferences, but specific therapist assignment is not guaranteed.
Payments & Refunds
Consultation fees, payment methods, and refund eligibility may vary by service, therapist, and booking arrangement. Any applicable payment and refund details will be communicated before or during booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Patients should notify NuraMed as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Cancellation, rescheduling, and missed-session terms may depend on therapist availability and the booking arrangement confirmed with you.
Audio/Video Recording Consent
By booking a consultation, you consent to the possibility that the consultation may be audio and/or video recorded for clinical documentation, quality assurance, patient safety, training (where applicable), dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Recordings are securely stored with restricted access and handled according to NuraMed's Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality
NuraMed respects patient confidentiality and handles personal and health information with care. Information may be shared only as needed for healthcare delivery, patient safety, legal compliance, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Patient Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a consultation request or participating in a consultation. You are responsible for attending sessions on time, maintaining appropriate conduct, and informing your therapist or NuraMed of relevant health or safety concerns.
Emergency Disclaimer
NuraMed is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm, risk of harm to others, or any immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on the NuraMed website are owned by NuraMed or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
